Grenache Blanc is a rare, highly sought after white varietal, originating from the Rhone, France. 

The resulting wine is visually stunning, bright pale with youthful green hues, the lifted and perfumed floral aromatics are seamlessly integrated by dill/herb and citrus notes. An array of green fruits; apple Asian pear, white peach, and lime zest cascade across the palate, with gentle honeysuckle and cumin seed spice adds distinctive and unique varietal flavour, while the time on skins lends weight and texture.

This dry rose presents pale pink in the glass with a light lees suspension that allows a truly exotic range of botanicals and aromatics that excite the senses. The combination of alternative fermentations techniques gives the palate delicacy, weight, texture and length that simply one sip can't justify. Pomegranate, watermelon and scorched mandarin notes flow effortlessly, while clean and crisp acidity refreshes.

Vibrant bright purple in colour, the wine itself is like crushing fresh cherries in your hands and drinking the juice! 

This, the third vintage of the Nouveau Cabernet Franc sees a change from Margaret River to the Albany region in Western Australia's south west - but remains a single vineyard wine. The much cooler site provides an extended hang-time on the vine, resulting in a longer ripening period and greater intensity of varietal aromatics flavour and natural acidity.

Stacks of ripe supple cherries, plums and spice, lifted nuances of the carbonic gives exotic perfumes and interest to the palate…of which there is oodles of flavour from start to finish – the lip-smacking crunchy acidity is so refreshing, it’ll have you coming back for more.

Five tonnes of Shiraz were selected from a single vineyard with one tonne picked ‘whole-bunch’, destined for carbonic maceration – the other four tonne was gently crushed, open fermented for ten days giving the juice extraordinary bright purple colour.

A beautifully crafted Syrah. Sourced from the famed Acacia Ridge vineyard in Frankland River in WA’s Great Southern region, this 100% cool climate Syrah was picked and meticulously handled from vineyard to winery; open fermented, hand plunged and co-fermented with a touch of Viognier skins and inoculated with a ‘Côte-Rôtie’ natural yeast strain before being racked into 20% new French barriques; 80% 1st and 2nd use French Barriques for malolactic fermentation and 20 months maturation in the same oak. The result is simply stunning.
